    Best Integration Technologies. Inc.

Winner of the C.C. Cameron Business Involvement in Education Award

Best Integration Technologies, also known as Bestintech, was founded in April 2001 by Scott Donaghy and Ed Meadows.

Bestintech is a traditional computer network integration company specializing in product knowledge and customer service. We maximize the availability and potential of our customers’ computer networks, which allows them to focus on their primary objective – their businesses.

The founding partners of Bestintech came together after witnessing the risks their former employer faced during the dot-com bubble. They decided to take advantage of their years of networking experience and create a company that would supply IT support to other businesses. The only obstacle was building a client base quickly enough to avoid involving investors, which would have turned the focus away from quality workmanship and toward increasing profit margins.

Bestintech is proud to currently service more than 70 clients. Although we do some small advertising, a majority of our business comes through referrals from customers who understand that we do everything within reason to ensure their satisfaction. We sincerely believe that each customer could serve as a reference based on our work.

Although we’re capable of servicing all business types in the western North Carolina area, Bestintech has done extensive work in the field of education. Coming from an education ASP background, we currently serve as network support for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools’ (CMS) Computer Access in Neighborhoods and the eLearning in the Classroom project. Through countless hours of volunteer work, we have proven ourselves to be leaders in the area of education technology. Due to our continual support of these programs, Bestintech was recently awarded the C.C. Cameron award jointly from CMS and the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce. Past winners include IBM, Bank of America, Duke Power and Wachovia. The award is given to companies “for their outstanding and innovative contributions of time, talent and treasure to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools.” CMS has also been kind enough to recognize our work at the April 25 and November 18 school board meetings in 2002.

We look forward to a long future during which principals will not lose sight of their focus, and hard work, honesty and commitment to service will lead to success.
